Detailed versionFirst you need to create an account on this site. You do this by clicking a link on the Home page, which takes you to the Sign Up panel where you can create and account. If you are already a member then select Sign in. Click on the EVENTS menuSelect your eventClick on BUY TICKETS.Select QUANTITY (restricted to one per order)Select CHECKOUTNext click CONTINUE to enter your Registration details. Tick the check box SAME AS BUYER DETAILS to pre-fill your name and email. Enter the remaining details required on the Registration form (e.g. shirt type and size, preferred run, etc). Next click CONTINUE.Read the Terms and Conditions and click I AGREE TO ADELAIDE NASH HASH POLICY 2027 and Continue to Payment. Next click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. The manual payment screen will be displayed. Our preferred payment method is PayID.Take a screenshot of the payment information and scroll down and click PLACE ORDER.If your registration is successful, your ticket will be displayed and you will immediately receive a ticket for the event by email. The ticket will be temporarily marked 'UNPAID. If you haven't received this then you have not completed the Registration correctly. Next you need to pay for your Registration as per instructions on the Payment page. If you haven't taken a screenshot of the payment page then see FAQ How to pay for my registration?PayID is the preferred payment method if your bank supports it. Alternatively, use a bank transfer (EFT), but this MUST identify who you are paying for so please include REAL NAME & HASH NAME. After the Registrations Manager has matched your payment on our bank statement to your ticket and marked it as 'Paid', you will receive an updated 'Paid' ticket via email. You do not need to email the Registrations Manager if you have successfully registered. Only email the Registration Manager if you require assistance. ass2inhhhh@gmail.comNote: Registration means buying a ticket and specifying your shirt size, run preference, etc. Creating an account on this site is NOT registering for an event.

When you pay for your registration, the Registration Manager has to manually match your payment on the bank statement with your registration order. This process is undertaken weekly, or more frequently as we get closer to the event date. In addition, the Who's Coming list is not automatic. The registration data has to be extracted, manipulated, formatted, and uploaded again as the Who's Coming list. This process is normally undertaken weekly (or more frequently closer to the event date), after the Registration Manager has updated the payment status of the registration order.You should receive another copy of your ticket with the status of PAID once the Registration Manager has updated your payment status.
You will be asked to present your downloaded ticket on your phone for scanning by authorised check-in staff, or a provide a printed copy of your ticket/s. If you have neither then you need to present an appropriate form of ID (e.g. driver's licence or passport). Registration check-in will be by real name not hash name. Make sure your ticket has a status of PAID before attempting to check-in. Your payment status can be viewed on the Who's coming list at:

If your ticket is shown as UNPAID in our system or your registration doesn't exist in our database you will be referred to the Registration Manager for resolution.
Once scanned successfully, an Adelaide Nash Hash 2027 and/or Red Dress run wristband will be provided which must be attached to your wrist. No wristband means no entry to the hash venues on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
You will then be asked to proceed to the Goodie bag and Shirt counter where you will be handed the bag and shirt/s and the relevant wristband will be marked with a marker to indicate you have received your bag/shirts.
Please be polite to the volunteer staff.
1. Log in to your account on the Adelaide Nash Hash 2027 website.
2. Select 'My Account'.
3. Select 'Events'.
4. Use the dropdown arrow to select your event (or if using mobile, select 'Order Details' then click on the arrow to expand information).
5. Click on 'Download Tickets'.
6. Your tickets will download to your device.

Our costs of hosting the event are many but include venue and facilities hire (including toilets, furniture, staging and fencing), serving staff, security, entertainment, food, liquor, licences and permits, insurance and website hosting.
Adelaide Nash Hash 2027 is being run as a non-profit event with any surplus funds remaining from our contingency allowances predominantly used as seed money for whoever is hosting Nash Hash 2029.
